I offer a leasing service of light commercial and residential properties. 

I have the years of experience and the knowledge needed of the local rental market to help you maximize your profits without sacrificing on service. Whether it is the rental of a single family home or condo, your investment portfolio, or your small office -- I provide personalized, prompt and efficient service to cater to your individual needs. 

I believe in providing potential tenants with a great property, at the right price.

Leasing Service- For the landlord who is willing and able to manage their own properties. I find and screen tenants for you. I prepare the lease and property disclosures, do an itemized and photographic move in inspection with the tenant, and collect the first rent and security deposits. One month's rent is charged for this service.

Finders-Fee Service- We send you potential tenants who fit your criteria and you use your own lease and screening service. One half of one month's rent is charged for this service.
